We understand that preferences may vary or issues may occur during delivery. In eligible cases, customers can request a product exchange.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchange is applicable only within the same product category (e.g., one jam for another).

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request.

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.

  • We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or minor visual variations as our products are handcrafted and natural.

Refund & Return Policy

We process refunds only under the following condition:

  • If we are unable to deliver the ordered product due to unavailability or logistical reasons.

Note:
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (e.g., jams, preserves, food items), returns and refunds are not allowed based on personal preferences, taste differences, or changes of mind.

Exceptions for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

  • Incomplete (missing item from a combo)

To initiate a return:

  2. Share clear photos or a video of the unboxing, showing the damage or issue.

  3. Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

We will bear all charges in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing product from an order

  • Items damaged in transit

Damaged goods

Please do not accept the package if there are any signs of tampering with the package or repacking. You can always reject it and we will get back the package as-is condition. Once the package is returned we will issue you a refund the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7 working days. If the packaging is perfect but still after opening the package, you find any particular product missing or the product is damaged because of poor handling, do not panic. Please write to us at md@kores-india.com within a span of 2 days from the day of attempted delivery. We will confirm with the delivery partner and once your return is approved and received by us, either your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7 working days or the replacement will be delivered within 7-8 working days.

Important Notes

  • Food products are non-returnable once opened due to health and hygiene reasons.
